The Ethereal Loft is a breath of celestial air, a space that transcends the earthly bounds. Light, airy, and divinely inspired, this room is a slice of heaven on earth. The centerpiece is a custom triple arch wall, an architectural marvel that blurs the lines between reality and the ethereal.
Complementing this is a boho bookshelf, exuding vibes from a transcendent existence. The room is a homage to unity and separation, with five distinct arches that stand together yet apart, creating a harmonious yet intriguing paradox. It's a haven for those seeking to capture the essence of serenity and otherworldly beauty

BOOK THE ETHEREAL LOFT
We suggest arriving 15 minutes prior to your scheduled booking at our studio. This will allow you to check in with our attendant, receive Wi-Fi details, and familiarise yourself with the locations of our reception, hallways, changerooms and washrooms!
Rental time includes set up and break down times.
We have cameras installed in our common areas/reception areas, however, we do not have any cameras inside the studio rooms.
Any damaged items found during your booking, will result in the automatic charge for the value of the damaged item to be replaced
Your reservation is specifically for the room you've rented. Should you wish to explore other studio rooms, please inquire with our reception staff, and they will gladly provide you with a tour.
Our attendants will inspect your studio rooms within the last 10 minutes of your booking to confirm that the room is returned to its original condition. Please ensure that furniture and props are moved back to their initial positions, and all garbage is disposed of in the designated garbage cans.
If you need to move furniture, please lift the items and do not drag them. This damages both the floors and furniture legs. If you need assistance, please contact our studio staff and do not move items without approval.
Our studio attendants may conduct checks on the rooms while you are using the studio if we hear loud noises, furniture being moved abruptly, or any suspected violation of studio rules and safety protocols. Prior to entering, they will knock on the door and issue a warning.
All furniture and props may be moved around or removed for any reason at any time. Typically due to damage from a previous booking, or any immediate maintenance which may be needed.
Any media captured on studio grounds, whether by the in-house photographer or staff, may be used on social media for promotional purposes to showcase the studio space.
Clients that are not out of the room by the end of their paid slot will be charged for the following hour.
No Outdoor shoes inside the studio, and please do not stand or step on furniture pieces or rugs with outdoor/dirty shoes (you are expected to bring indoor shoes when entering our studio)
Should our attendant discover a messy room during the inspection, you will be requested to pause photography and tidy up the space. Failure to leave the room in a clean state by the end of the booking may result in a cleaning fee of $100 being applied to your reservation.
Any appointments or deposits cancelled 48 hours prior will receive studio credit towards a future booking. No-shows and cancellations 48 hours before the appointment, will forfeit their payment.
Customers are responsible for loading and unloading their belongings into our Studio. Studio attendants are not responsible for bringing client’s items in/out of the studios and are not responsible for clients’ personal belongings.
Pets are permitted under the condition that they are well behaved. This means no urinating or dropping in the studios. No aggressive behaviour towards other people or pets. Pets will have to leave the premises if barking or noise gets excessive. Clients will be held liable if any digging, chewing or damage is done to studio property due to their pets, and will be subject to pay fines for damages. Pets are an additional add-on fee of $50.
Please note that failure to respect the studio rules, studio staff, or other guests, will result in immediate termination of your booking and can result in a permanent ban from Timeless Tree Studios

Our Studio rooms have a capacity of 15 people per room, please give us a call to see if you plan on bringing anything above this number
Events
We are able to host larger scale events for weddings, receptions, birthdays, bridal showers etc. If you’d like to rent the event space for any event, please email us at info@timelesstreestudios.com and ask for Jacob!
